To promote studying abroad in Japan, we invited students from universities in Vietnam with established Japanese language departments and hosted a study abroad seminar. Utilizing SNS campaigns and online applications, we gathered information on the attending student demographics and numbers in advance. This allowed us to tailor the event and provide appropriate study abroad guidance at the venue, effectively reaching a large number of potential international students.

Comment from the person in charge
While there are many students who wish to study in Japan, there are few schools that disseminate information from Japan and conduct effective and continuous study abroad fairs and seminars locally. By promoting these activities on an ongoing basis based on a multi-year business plan, we have succeeded in encouraging an increase in the number of international students each year. While the effects of seminars and study abroad fairs are inevitably limited if they are held as one-off events, they can be expected to have a medium-term effect if they are held on an ongoing basis.
