Outline of Operations
In the Southeast Asia cross-border promotion project for a major railway company, we set up and operated dedicated booths at travel expos in various countries. To stand out at the venue, we implemented various visitor attraction strategies, successfully drawing many attendees and contributing to the promotion.
We received an overwhelmingly positive response, with a significantly larger turnout than expected. The number of visitors far exceeded our goals for promotional items and survey participation. Additionally, the railway tickets for inbound tourists, which were being sold at a separate booth by the same company, were completely sold out.
Comment from the person in charge
At travel expos held in various countries, the number of visitors can reach several hundred thousand. However, since many companies and local governments also set up booths, the key to success is how effectively you capture the attention of visitors and keep them engaged. Aware of this, we utilized promotional items, activities, and social media strategies that resonated with our target audience. As a result, our booth attracted a significantly higher number of visitors compared to others, and we received feedback that far exceeded our goals for promotional items and surveys.
