As part of the inbound tourism promotion for the Tohoku region, the prefectural government implemented a promotional campaign by exhibiting at a local travel fair in Thailand. Top Sales Support Project in Thailand

In support of the governor’s top sales efforts for a prefecture in the Kanto area, we conducted a survey of local travel agencies and SNS promotion activities in Thailand. After the top sales event, we saw an increase in tour bookings with local travel agencies and carried out an effectiveness analysis of the SNS campaigns. As a follow-up measure, we implemented additional inbound tourism strategies through SNS promotions.

As part of a new local business initiative for a major automobile manufacturer in Laos, we provided support from initial consulting to the development of business plans, service operation flows, recruitment plans, and workforce deployment strategies for workspaces. Training for Foreign Employees and Bridge Engineers | For a Software Development Company

Conducted training for 30 employees at a software development company in the Philippines on Japanese business practices, high-context communication, decision-making, communication flow with bridge engineers, roles and responsibilities, schedule management, quality, and more. Simultaneously provided training to the bridge engineering team on the Japan side. Japanese Food Promotion Project | For Government Agencies

As part of a government-led Japanese food promotion project aimed at supporting restaurants affected by the pandemic, I was responsible for the Vietnam market. We distributed 30-second CM videos to passengers on the in-car monitors of 150 Grab taxis operating in the city. As part of the Kinki region’s local fishery-related export promotion support, we organized a face-to-face business meeting for fishery operators in Vietnam.
