Major Japanese Food Manufacturer: Conducting Quantitative Research in the Thai Market

We wanted to know the disposable income of the expected customer base for a new product to be sold in the Thai market and how much they would spend on a similar product, so we conducted an online quantitative survey with some degree of targeting. The survey targeted local Japanese restaurant owners and involved detailed questionnaires regarding the status of ingredient procurement, procurement prices, sales prices, and customer demand.
