As part of the inbound tourism promotion for the Tohoku region, the prefectural government implemented a promotional campaign by exhibiting at a local travel fair in Thailand. By collaborating with local travel agencies, the campaign aimed to promote the sale of travel products, contributing to increased foot traffic to the booths and boosting product sales. In support of the governor’s top sales efforts for a prefecture in the Kanto area, we conducted a survey of local travel agencies and SNS promotion activities in Thailand. After the top sales event, we saw an increase in tour bookings with local travel agencies and carried out an effectiveness analysis of the SNS campaigns. Inbound Event Planning Partnership with Russian Airlines

In coordination with the launch of a charter flight service to Hokkaido and negotiations with Russian authorities, a solo promotion in Vladivostok was planned in partnership with businesses in Moscow. Detailed event coordination was carried out with local partners in Moscow, while collaborating with the Vladivostok branch to handle everything from online and offline promotion to event planning and management.

Japanese Food Promotion Project | For Government Agencies

As part of a government-led Japanese food promotion project aimed at supporting restaurants affected by the pandemic, I was responsible for the Vietnam market. We distributed 30-second CM videos to passengers on the in-car monitors of 150 Grab taxis operating in the city.
