As part of the international flight promotion project at a major airport in the Kanto region, a dedicated booth was set up at a travel fair in Vietnam, with support provided for the setup and operation. Visitor attraction strategies for the booth, along with a social media-driven campaign, were implemented simultaneously, successfully drawing in many visitors and contributing to the promotion’s success.

As part of the international flight promotion project, a dedicated booth was set up at a travel fair in Vietnam. I provided overall support for the setup and operation, including arranging core novelties, booth decorations, operational staff, and interpreters.

As with other events, attracting and retaining visitors is a key point of the Travel Showcase, so we prepared novelties and in-booth activities well in advance of the event, and were able to record an extremely high turnout and number of visitors. On the other hand, there were booths in the same venue that simply exhibited and handed out flyers, and people walked right past them, leaving only a pile of flyers on the table on the final day of the event.
