Business Description
In a large-scale survey project conducted in multiple countries, our company carried out an import-related Japanese food products survey at Japanese restaurants across six countries. The survey targeted local Japanese restaurant owners and involved detailed questionnaires regarding the status of ingredient procurement, procurement prices, sales prices, and customer demand. A total of 60 restaurants were surveyed.

Amid the global impact of the pandemic, a global survey was conducted as a preliminary fact-finding survey for the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s later support promotion project. It was not easy to approach restaurants during the pandemic, but with the support of our own partners, we were able to secure the target number of 60 responses to the survey and achieve our goal.
