In the Vietnamese market, where economic growth and rising incomes have led to an increase in the Engel coefficient and a growing Japanese food boom, further demand for Japanese products is anticipated. This project aimed to support Japan’s exports by gaining insights into pricing, consumer perspectives through interviews, and the state of promotional activities. To achieve this, we personally conducted repeated visits to local restaurants and initiated the survey on-site.
