  • Collaborated with travel agencies to create tour product routes
  • Coordinated with media outlets to adjust the timing, publication dates, and frequency of posts after the influencers’ invitation
Result and outcome

After the publication in travel-related media, there was an increase in inquiries from local travel agencies regarding the tour products.
The SNS posts from influencers helped expand recognition not only among the existing visitors to Japan but also among the potential visitors to Japan.

Comment from the person in charge

The Vietnamese market has become a red ocean in recent years due to the fact that local governments are putting a great deal of effort into promoting inbound tourism to Japan, and local travel agencies are focusing their efforts on tourism to Japan. Therefore, simply introducing the usual Japanese tourist routes and facilities will not get the same response as it did in the past. Therefore, understanding what is currently popular in the Vietnamese market, adjusting tour routes, local government tourist attractions, and products that local operators want to promote, and selecting the most appropriate media will be effective.
